Reservation terms

These terms cover the $1 reservation for the Brava Arc. By reserving, you agree to them.

Who you're buying from

Brava is the consumer brand of Wearable Defense, LLC. Wearable Defense, LLC collects reservation payments through Stripe. Your card statement will show WEARABLE DEFENSE.

What your $1 gets you

• A place in line for the Brava Arc pre-sale.
• An email when pre-orders open, before we announce them publicly.
• Pre-sale pricing for each bracelet you reserved, if the Brava Arc launches. Pre-sale is currently $199 and retail $299. Both are subject to change.

A reservation is not a purchase. It doesn't buy a finished bracelet, and it doesn't guarantee that the Brava Arc goes into production, or that you'll get a particular colorway or delivery date.

How you're charged

• You pay $1 per bracelet you reserve, up to 8. It's charged once, today.
• We won't charge your card again. We won't automatically charge you for a pre-order, and we won't sign you up for a subscription. When pre-sale opens, buying a Brava Arc is a separate checkout that you choose to complete. If you don't, you pay nothing more.
• Stripe processes the payment. Brava never sees or stores your full card number or security code, and we don't save your card for future charges. Stripe may keep payment information under its own privacy policy.

Refunds

The $1 reservation fee is non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund. It isn't credited toward your pre-sale purchase.

Colorways

The colorway you pick is a vote for what you'd like to wear. We'll use the results to decide what goes into production, and we may not make every colorway, including the one you picked.

When pre-sale opens, you'll choose again from the colorways we're actually making.

The product may change

The Brava Arc is still in development. Images, illustrations and video on this site are concept renders, not photos of a finished product. Features, specifications, design, materials, colors, pricing and timing may change before launch, and the final product may look different from what you see here.

Timing

We don't have a guaranteed pre-sale or ship date yet. When pre-orders open, we'll email the address you reserved with. Before you buy, you'll be able to see the final product details, the colorways available, a shipping estimate and the purchase terms.

Who can reserve

• You must be at least 18. Some states set the age at 21, and those rules apply where you live.
• Reservations are open to U.S. addresses only.
• A reservation doesn't mean you're eligible to buy. Before you check out, we may ask for proof of age, a permit or license, or other eligibility details, and we only sell where the law allows it.

Where the Brava Arc can ship

The Brava Arc includes a stun feature, and stun devices are regulated. Rules on buying, owning, carrying and using one vary by state, county and city, and they change. Many places, like schools, government buildings, airports and public transit, ban them outright. You're responsible for knowing and following the rules where you live and wherever you take the Arc.

As of September 29, 2026, these are the places we know have restrictions:

• We can't ship to Hawaii, where stun devices have to be bought in person from a Hawaii-licensed seller, or to New York City, where they're banned.
• Massachusetts and Michigan require a license to own one. We may ask for proof before you check out.

This isn't a complete list. Other states and cities may have their own rules, and we'll check your shipping address before we ship. We'll update this list when laws change. It's general information, not legal advice.

Emails

When you reserve, we'll email you about your reservation and the pre-sale. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails any time, and we never sell your email address.

Your safety

The Brava Arc is a personal safety tool. It doesn't guarantee your safety, and it doesn't replace calling 911.

Other terms

• Your reservation is tied to the email you used, and you can't transfer or resell it.
• We may cancel a reservation that looks fraudulent or breaks these terms.
• Our total liability for a reservation is limited to what you paid for it.
• We may update these terms before pre-sale. If a change affects your reservation, we'll email you.
• These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
