The Arc does two jobs. On your wrist, it's a bracelet. When you need it, it's a siren, a strobe and a stun feature, and it pairs with your phone so the people you trust hear from you fast.
Working stun delivers a real charge. Emulated stun gives you the crackle and the flash without one. Both versions are $199 at pre-sale.
The Arc pairs with the Brava app over Bluetooth. When you set it off, your phone sends an emergency message with your live location to the contacts you picked. It also plays a recorded voice alert out loud.
Hold the side button for five seconds to arm the Arc. A small green light blinks when it's ready. From there, a flick of your wrist sets it off.
The strobe and stun work from the bracelet. Messages and location need your paired phone and a signal.

A few things to know.
What's the difference between the two versions?
Working stun delivers a real electrical charge. Emulated stun makes the same crackle and flash and delivers nothing. Everything else is identical: the siren, the strobe, the app, the colorways and the price.
Which features need my phone?
Emergency messages, your location and the voice alert all run through the Brava app on your paired phone, so they need the phone nearby and a signal. The strobe and stun are on the bracelet.
Does the Arc have GPS?
No. Your phone already knows where you are, so the Arc uses that. When you set it off, the app sends your phone's live location to your contacts.
When will it be available?
We're in production development, and we don't have a ship date we'd put in writing yet. Reservation holders get dates before anyone else.
